It's perfect as an underplate for the jumbo bowl. This is how I serve chili. Guests always ooh and aah at the presentation. I think it makes chili taste even better.

I only gave this saucer 3 stars because as a stand-alone item you can't identify it as FIESTA because it is missing the famous FIESTA rings on it! (I'm still mad because when I first started collecting FIESTA I found a large stack of lilac and sapphire Jumbo Saucers in a department store and I didn't buy them because they were only stamped "Homer Laughlin" on the back, and thus I had no clue that they were FIESTA!!!) *** For those vintage FIESTA collectors out there, here's a tip: The Jumbo Saucer makes a great under-plate for the vintage FIESTA syrup jar! The indentation on the saucer perfectly fits the bottom of the syrup jar! You can mix and match the contemporary colors to the vintage colors of the syrup jars; the color combinations are practically endless!
