How do I make a return? 
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

Please contact us to receive your return authorization number.

You can contact us by phone (1-800-452-4462 - Menu Option #1) or by email ( fiesta@homerlaughlin.com ). When you contact us, please let us know the reason for your return so we can better serve you in the future. You have 60 days from date of purchase to return items for exchange or refund.

Once you have your return authorization number, please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, insure the package, and send it to:

Your return authorization number must be on the outside of your return. We will refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged.

How soon can I expect my shipment?
We ship all orders by UPS. If you choose UPS Ground, you can expect your order 3 to 5 days from the date of shipment.
All expedited orders (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day), will reach you by the chosen guaranteed UPS shipping method.

How soon is an out of stock available?
Our factory manufactures Fiesta® continuously based on most requested items and colors. Most out of stock items are usually replenished within 7 to 10 days.
