Damage in Transit or Defective Product:
If your package appears damaged, or upon opening the carton if you find the items to be damaged, please click here to fill out the form. We will arrange a return or ask you to destroy it – please do not discard packaging materials. You will not be charged for returning a damaged carton. You must contact us within 60 days of the delivery date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Retired Items
All sales are final on retired items, no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you need to make a return, please repack your order, include your order number and the reason for your return, insure the package, and send it to:

Your order number must be inside the return. We will refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. If you would like to exchange for something different, please include in the box exactly what you would like to exchange for. You must return the item/s within 60 days of the delivery date.

Free Promotional Items:
If your order included any free promotional item(s), those item(s) must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the free item(s) are not returned, the value of the promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
