Our Homer Laughlin Retail Outlet store in Newell, WV along with the Customer Service desk are closed New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day so that our employees may spend time with their families.

The Homer Laughlin China Company is located on 37 acres in Newell, WV. 45 minutes from Youngstown, Wheeling, and Pittsburgh.
From Ohio:
Route 11 or 7 to East Liverpool, cross the Ohio River on the Newell Bridge into West Virginia.
Turn right and go one mile South on West Virigina Route 2.
From Pennsylvania:
Route 30 West to West Virgina Route 2 through Chester to Newell.
From West Virginia:
Route 2 North to Newell.
