What are the shipping options?
Homerlaughlin.com uses UPS as our shipping carrier and provides you with the following options.

  1. Regular Ground Shipping – Use this option if you are in no immediate need to receive your package. Shipment should arrive 7-10 business days of leaving the plant.
  2. 3 Day Select – This option allows you to get your merchandise a little faster with a guarantee of receiving it in 3 business days.
  3. 2nd Day Shipping – This option guarantees shipment delivery of 2 business days.
  4. Next Day Shipping – If you need your dinnerware in an extreme hurry, choose this option for guaranteed next business day delivery.

All express delivery (3 day, 2nd day and Next Day) orders MUST be received by 2:00pm to leave the same day. Otherwise it will leave here the next day.

How do I check my order?

When UPS picks up your order for shipping, we will send you an email with the UPS tracking number. You may then go to the UPS web site and track your package by your UPS tracking number.

What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
All packages that leave Homerlaughlin.com are insured for their value. We make every effort to protect against breakage, but sometimes it happens. If an item arrives broken to you please call Customer service at 1 (800) 452-4462 to report it immediately. We will replace any broken items delivered from us. Please save all packaging and pieces until you speak to us.
